PAPAYA is Miracle!
Papaya, this luscious tropical fruit, is pure miracle for skin, thanks to papain, an ENZYME which has miraculous exfoliating properties!
I live on this simple natural scrub recipe: mash some papaya fruit with A LOT of white sugar (enough so you can feel the grains for scrubbing). You can also add oats, natural yogurt, honey, wheatgerm! ALL GOOD for healing, hydrating, smoothing and removing dead skin cells! USE the scrub all over your face and body once a week! leave for as long as you can maybe between 10 - 20 mins! Your skin will feel SUPER smooth, soft and cleanse! THIS IS NO JOKE! TRY IT! I don't even soap my skin nor need lotion after this as it is naturally clean and hydrated!
Papaya can help:
Remove dead skin cells
Treat acne and acne marks/ scars
Reduce age-spots or spots due to exposure to sunlight
This is ALL due to it's combination of powerful enzimes with Vit C, Vit A, Carotene, magnesium and potassium.
PS. Papaya doesn't have the RETINOL Vit A form, so use an egg (white + yolk) face mask also once a week to get that perfect wrinkle free antioxidant nutritive face mask combination!

Over the years, Rosa Mosqueta Oil has been shown to retard the signs of premature ageing and provide excellent results in the treatment of burns, scars and unsightly spots on skin.

Rose Wash yourself
Pure rose water or hydrosol has multiple benefits for skin in controlling the oil secretion, thereby balancing the skin's natural pH level.
Research shows that the anti-bacterial properties of rose water prevents acne, pimples, wrinkles, cures sunburns and stressed skin.
Simply spray rose water onto face everyday or use as toner!
Lavendar Floral Water
Lavender water is an excellent tonic on the skin when you have blemishes, uneven skin tone or mild acne.
The anti-bacterial properties help to kill bacteria in the skin and the toning goes deep down into the pores without clogging.
Use Lavender water on mild cuts and burns (including Sun burn) to help provide soothing relief. It can also be used on insect bites, where the antibacterial properties help to kill any bacteria, whilst the natural property of Lavender helps to reduce the itch.
The Lavender water can be used as a light scalp tonic to help sooth irritated scalps.
LOVE home made face/ body masks & scrubs!
been using lime (or lemon) on my face for past 3 days and I have already noticed a big improvement on my spots which are drying fast, but not only that, my darker spots (scars) are fading too! I recommend lime or lemon on your face masks 2 times a week at least.
PS. I would avoid lemon and lime on scrubs as the acids are already quite strong. Also, AVOID SUN LIGHT! Sun + lime/ lemon will burn your skin. Best to apply at night.
Just pick and mix the following in a small bowl:
Oats are calming, helps heal, but also turns the mask into a good paste that's easy to apply.
Honey fights acne bacteria + has calming healing properties. I find it's a great base for lime/ lemon masks as it calms down the harsh acids from them.
Papaya has a magical enzyme called papain, a powerfull natural exfoliant and hydrates the skin! It's rich in Carotene, Vit C and Vit A all great against wrinkles, dark spots and sun damage!
Papaya is the fruit of the angels!
Turmeric reduces dark spots and evens out discolorations!! Even Clinique's BEST dark spot corrector serum (worth more than 50 pounds) uses it in it's ingredients! It's proven to even help skin cancer patients - READ MORE HERE
Egg white has more than 69 different types of protein which promotes strong skin + growth and repair. It not only feeds it but helps dry up the spots. Protein is the building block of skin tissue.
PS. Lately my favourite combination has been:
lime or lemon + turmeric + honey + oats
I have been applying papaya on my skin as a scrub 2 times a day. Egg white mask every other day & my nutritive Retinol egg yolk mask on a different night of the week! Alternating them all.

WHEAT GERM OIL
Wheat Germ Wikipedia!
Wheat Germ oil has the highest Vit E content from all oils, and it can be applied directly onto the skin!
Wheat is one of the oldest cultivated plants with a history that can be traced back 10,000 years. Early Middle Eastern, Egyptian and Chinese civilisations found it to be one of the most nutrient-dense substances in the plant world. It became a popular food supplement and cosmetic ingredient, with skin, hair and nails shown to benefit from its rich vitamin E content and high levels of linoleic fatty acids.
The downside is people might say you smell of bread... however if you are looking for a powerful antioxidant that will neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage from occurring this is your best oil to massage on your skin!
Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body can't produce it, which means you have to make sure you're getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet. Eating foods high in vitamin E can help prevent premature aging of your skin and damage to your DNA. Studies show that taking vitamin E long term can even reduce sunburns from exposure to UVB radiation. This doesn't mean that taking vitamins or applying topical vitamin E will allow you to safely bake in the sun, but you can help your skin stay healthier and more supple by ensuring you get enough of this antioxidant vitamin.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin found in many nuts, fruits and vegetables. According to the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance, an adult needs 15 milligrams of vitamin E every day and vegetable oil - such as corn oil, olive oil, sunflower oil and wheat germ oil - are a good place to start. In fact, one tablespoon of wheat germ oil will give you more than 100 percent of your daily vitamin E allowance! EAT THIS
Exposures to UV light lower the vitamin E content in skin. Vitamin E concentrations in the human epidermis also decline with age and this may be due to increased UV penetration. READ MORE
